The Aphelion television was originally designed and sold in the early 1970’s by Stephen Foster. He has recently adapted the design to incorporate a modern TV set.
Specifications of the Aphelion are:71cm black matrix – A2/Nicam stereo sound – DSP (Digital Sound Processing) – APSi (Automatic program search, sorting and indification system - Zoom function – Noise reduction – Multipage text, 128 pages memory – 2 Scarts, ideal for pay TV – A/V inputs (at front) stereo output for HiFi System – Outer shell individually handmade, glass reinforced plastic.
Available in white, red, orange and black. Other colours are available as special orders. |
